Good evening everyone, 

Our Otter season is wrapping up, and as Coach Anna emailed last week, we have our end of year party tomorrow, Monday July 7, 2025 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. If you have not already done so, please RSVP for our food count on this google doc. 

Schedule:

5:00-6:00 PM - Swimming & Eating (please RSVP for food count)

6:00 PM - Awards Presentation (including our wild spirit sticks and some good ol’ trophies)

6:45 - 8:00 PM - Swimming & Eating (yes, continued ;-))

A few items:

• Coach cards & bonuses - cards for each coach will be at a table for swimmers (and parents if you’d like) to sign. In addition, it is our tradition to offer our coaches a bonus of parent donations, whatever you feel to give for each coach (or one lump sum for us to divide, your choice). This can be in cash (envelope will be on table with cards) or Zelle (board treasurer will transfer their donations directly to each coach after party). We’ll have the Zelle QR code.
• Gold Sponsor cards - cards for each Gold Sponsor will be at the same table for swimmers to sign. We’ll present these cards with our team photo as a thank you for financially helping us have a great 2025 season. 
• One last merch opportunity with some SALE prices. Champ shirts (very limited quantity) will be available.
• Parents may want to bring camp chairs for extra seating. 
• As we approach our annual celebration, I know we may have mixed emotions. The recent tragic floods have deeply affected our neighbors and our state. It feels strange to celebrate while so many are suffering. Too, it is also important to acknowledge the achievements of our Otter family. The children have worked hard and reached significant milestones this year. We will celebrate their achievements while keeping everyone affected by the flood in our hearts, prayers, and thoughts. 

We hope to see you all tomorrow evening to celebrate our Otters.
