Hello Otter Volunteers,

All volunteers who signed up for a role should know what tent and role to be at Saturday morning.  There are some roles that the Host Team has requested we fill.  Report time to your designated roles will be the same time Otter swimmers have their designated practice time between 0800-0815.   If you did not sign up or do not know what your role is, please be flexible since there may be positions we will need to help fill that morning.  For now, we do know there is a need for second shift timers.  I am trying to identify those individuals before hand, but it may be that morning that I approach you for help.  Thank you.

Second shift Timers will need to report to the lead at the same time event #29 is callled, you should start timing during event #31.  Timewise, this should be around 10 AM.

Once again, please be flexible.
